The Virtual Warehouse Pilot Program was our primary strategic initiative and the most significant example of what our small team can accomplish in a short period of time. The Virtual Warehouse has only been open for 120 days, yet we have learned so much that will guide the first half of our 2023 business plan:
What We've Learned:
- Mainstream Consumer cannabis acceptance exceeds short term commercial adoption (due to misconceptions, limited access, trust, and inconsistentcy)
- Some of the most respected and accomplished US distributors & retailers of regulated products have validated our solution for establishing a new category and launching new brands
- The B2B Virtual Warehouse sales cycle from order to replenishment is slow even when the principal wants to move fast (much slower than we expected)
- The Kush.com Virtual Warehouse does what it was designed to do and is ready to scale
- +58% of customers that enroll in the program place an order
- 87 orders have been processed as of 12/31/2020 with an average order value of $260.00
- +95% of orders have shipped within 48 hours and have been confirmed delivered
Looking Back at 2022
2022 was an exciting year for the Kush.com ecosystem. We successfully merged two companies, hosted a successful tradeshow (KushCon) in our new home market (Tampa, FL @ The Embarc Collective), introduced Kush Certified to the cannabis industry and launched the Kush.com Virtual Warehouse (wholesale.kush.com). In addition to our commercial success, our leadership team has aligned on a new strategic goal for Kush.com; to build a dynamic platform that will increase the consistent access, availability and quality of cannabis products for adult mainstream consumers. This is an ambitious goal, however we are uniquely positioned to lead the market and we are making progress everyday.

We invite all of our partners to join us for a live presentation on 1/26/2023 @ 4pm EST which will be broadcast (video link to follow) from our new HQ at The Embarc Collective. If you are in the Tampa area we welcome you to join us for the presentation and a reception following.
